Requests are not orders
Products and prices on this website are an invitation to send a request, not an offer for sale. Sending a request does not create a contract and no payment is taken on the website. Availability is confirmed on request.
When a contract is formed
After a request, we confirm availability, a delivery estimate, the shipping cost and the final total, and send an unpaid invoice. A contract is formed only when we confirm by email that we have received and checked your payment. If we cannot supply an item after that, we will tell you and refund you in full for that item.
Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars for the United States and pounds sterling for the United Kingdom. The total you pay is the total on your invoice. Taxes are shown on your invoice where they apply.
Cancellations, returns and warranty
