Returns & Refunds

You can return most items within 15 days of delivery. If you live in the United Kingdom you also keep your statutory rights, which can last longer. Nothing in this policy reduces your rights under the consumer laws of your country.

Before you pay: cancel at any time

A request sent through this website is not an order, and no payment is taken. You can cancel a request at any time before you pay our invoice, free of charge, by replying to our email or using the contact form.

Changed your mind: 15 days

After delivery, tell us within 15 days that you want to return an item. Please quote your request reference (TXR-…). We will reply with return instructions. Items should be unused, complete and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Do not send anything back before you receive our return instructions, so that we can match your parcel to your request.
Please include all accessories and paperwork that came with the item.

UK customers: your statutory cancellation right

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, then you have a further 14 days to send them back. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or evidence that you have sent them), including the standard delivery charge you paid. Our 15-day window is in addition to, not instead of, this right.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Tell us as soon as possible, ideally with a photo. We will put it right under the consumer laws that apply to you. In the UK this includes the right to reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days, and to a repair or replacement after that. A fault reported within six months is presumed to have been there at delivery unless shown otherwise, and you can claim for up to six years (five in Scotland). UK customers do not pay to return faulty goods.

Refunds are paid back using the same method you used to pay, unless you agree otherwise. For UK customers, the deadlines above apply.
