This policy explains what personal information the Tronixis website collects and how it is used.
Last updated 3 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Tronixis is operated by BMT VERSE. Business contact address: 2868 Orchard Trace Way, Raleigh, NC 27610, USA. Full company details will be added here once confirmed.
What we collect
Contact, support and collaboration forms. The details you enter: your name, email address, topic, message and, if you choose, a request reference, business name, website, country and an attached file.
Requests to buy. When you send a request we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, delivery address, delivery country, the products you chose and any notes. If you go ahead, we also keep the invoice and a record of your payment (we do not collect card details on this website).
We also keep a one-way code made from your internet address for up to one hour to stop repeated spam. We do not store the address itself.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, to check availability and prepare your quote and invoice, to arrange delivery, and to handle returns and support. We do not add you to any marketing list and do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
If you go ahead with a purchase, we share your name, delivery address and, where needed, phone number with the supplier that sends your items and with the delivery company, only so they can deliver your order. Our website is hosted by Hostinger.
Where it is stored
Messages and requests are stored in our website’s administration area, hosted by Hostinger. Attached files are kept in a private folder that cannot be opened from the public internet, and only authorised staff can see them.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and requests for as long as needed to deal with them. Records of completed sales are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
Cookies
See our Cookie Policy. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by choosing “Privacy request” on our contact form. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local data-protection law.
Changes
We will update this policy before we add accounts, online payments, analytics, marketing or AI support, and whenever we change how we use personal information.
